Amazing Organisations was formed in 2002 to offer a high quality organisational design & development and change delivery. We are a small consulting practice with an excellent reputation for partnership working with clients. We offer a full service from concept development through design stage to full change implementation in partnership with you as the client. We are skilled at both UK and International projects so although we are small the challenges we take on are not. 


As a small consultancy we don’t “do change to you” but instead we work with you and your team by:-

The Amazing Organisations team has an innovative combination of skills together with significant business relationships in both the private and public sector; track records in successful change delivery, programme management and organisational change. Each of our consultants brings something unique to the team and our teams are constructed to capitalise on this in the context of the client’s individual challenge.


Each of our Senior Consultants has led an organisation at Director level and our consultants have all worked within organisations,  so they have real hands on experience in change from the client perspective. This means that the solutions we work through with you are informed by what is practical as well as the theoretical models - increasing your chances of a successful change project.


Amazing Organisations has two primary areas of focus our clients and our consultants. Our aims are for our clients to enjoy working with us, to have their own capacity and capability enhanced through the experience and to want to repeat the experience and recommend us to others.
